Wraparound Facilitator

EA Family Services is seeking a Wraparound Facilitator serving families in the Bay Area. EA is a non-profit foster family agency with offices throughout Northern California. We have provided safe and caring homes for foster youth as well as support for our young adults who are transitioning out of foster care for the past 40 years.

Facilitators coordinate, lead, and monitor the implementation of the Plan of Care, ensuring it reflects the family’s voice, culture, strengths, and goals. They collaborate with the family, youth, caregivers, support staff, service providers, and community partners to develop a team-based plan that promotes stability, safety, permanency, and long-term family success. 

Requirement: Master's degree in social work or a related field preferred. Experience working with children, youth, families, adoption, foster care, or Wraparound services. 

Pay: $55,120-$59,592 per year DOE, plus a location stipend.
