Superintendent for Water/Wastewater Treatment Construction in Ohio

*Multiple Locations Available* - Dayton, Cincinnati, and Central/Northwest OH

Are you an experienced superintendent with 5-10+ years of expertise in building and running treatment plant projects? Our client is seeking a motivated individual to oversee their water/wastewater treatment construction project as the Superintendent. The ideal candidate will possess relevant skills, knowledge, and experience within utilities, sitework/ excavating, concrete etc.

Job Summary:

Our client operates within the heavy civil sector focusing on constructing water/wastewater plants across Ohio. We are looking for an organized professional who can lead our team through all stages of development from planning, design to final implementation while maintaining quality control standards throughout each phase.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day operations at job sites
* Work closely with engineers/architects/subcontractors/vendors/clients
* Create detailed work schedules/plans/budget estimates/milestones/deliverables reports.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations/policies/procedures/governmental laws/codes/standards & specifications

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position applicants must have;

● A minimum of five (5) year's experience working as a superintendent managing infrastructure or wastewater utility-related construction contracts/projects.
● Bachelor's degree majoring engineering/construction management/similar discipline would be advantageous but not mandatory if equivalent levels of industry-specific training/knowledge/experience could be demonstrated;
● Knowledgeable about concrete formwork/reinforcing placement practices/applications/foundations excavation/site grading/stormwater piping systems installation trenchless technology applications/treatment process equipment installations/testing/commissioning/start-up procedures/serviceability aspects troubleshooting related issues;

Salary Information:

The successful applicant will earn $90,000-$150,000 annually based on qualifications/experience/training levels
