X Ray Technologist

We are looking for a motivated and dependable X-Ray
Technician who can also assist with Medical Assistant (MA) duties
to join our multi-specialty practice in Monroe, NY. This is a
full-time position for a candidate who is flexible, patient-focused, and
comfortable working in a busy clinical environment.

The ideal candidate must have a valid X-ray
technician certification and be willing to support both imaging and
front-line clinical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform
  X-ray imaging in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols
  
• Prepare
  patients for imaging procedures and explain the process
  
• Ensure
  proper imaging quality and patient safety
  
• Assist
  with Medical Assistant duties as needed, including:
  
• Rooming
  patients
  
• Taking
  vital signs
  
• Updating
  patient charts
  
• Assisting
  providers with exams and procedures
  
• Basic
  clinical support and patient intake
  
• Maintain
  equipment and report any issues appropriately
  
• Follow
  HIPAA, safety, and infection control procedures
  
• Work
  collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and support staff
  

Qualifications

• Active X-ray
  technician certification required
  
• Experience
  in a medical office, urgent care, or outpatient setting preferred
  
• Ability
  to assist with MA responsibilities when needed
  
• Strong
  interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Dependable,
  flexible, and team-oriented
  
• Comfortable
  working full-time in a fast-paced practice
  

Compensation

Salary range of app. $24–$32 per hour, depending
on certification and experience.
