X-Ray Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled X-ray Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients. This role requires a strong understanding of medical imaging techniques, anatomy, and patient care, ensuring that all procedures are conducted safely and effectively.

Charting System: Epic

Teaching Hospital Experience: Required

Community Hospital Experience: Required

Certifications: ARRT R, BLS

Qualifications

• Certification as an X-ray Technician from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
• Experience or familiarity with additional modalities such as CT, mammography, nuclear medicine, or emergency medicine is preferred.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments such as urgent care or emergency rooms.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare staff.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols diligently.

Shift: Night 3x10-Hour (22:00 - 08:00) Night 4x10-Hour (22:00 - 08:00)

Job Duration: 16 weeks
