What This Role is All About

As our X-Ray Technologist, you'll be a key part of our clinical team helping patients feel comfortable and confident while capturing high-quality diagnostic images.

You'll work closely with providers and staff to ensure smooth, efficient care that puts people first.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using digital radiography equipment
• Prepare patients for X-ray procedures with clear, friendly communication
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
• Maintain accurate records and imaging logs
• Collaborate with providers to support timely diagnosis and treatment
• Follow all safety protocols and HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

• **Must-Haves:**
• ARRT certification (or eligible)
• Current NC Radiologic Technologist license
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• **Nice-to-Haves:**
• Experience in a primary care or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus!
