X-ray Technologist/Radiology Technologist (ASAP Start)

The X-Ray Operator performs diagnostic radiologic exams on infants, adolescent, adult and geriatric customers. In addition, performs allergy injections, aids in rooming customers and all duties related to the functioning of the Radiology Room.

• Ensures Radiology equipment is properly set up.
• Performs diagnostic tests per provider order.
• Maintains x-ray files.
• Maintains equipment and equipment records.
• Arranges maintenance and repair as necessary.
• Assists customer care area as appropriate.
• Accepts other duties as assigned to promote the accomplishment of organizational goals.

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

• High school graduate or equivalent - Required

• Graduate of an X-Ray Operator Program - Required

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Previous Experience - Preferred

Licensure and Certification:

• Current Radiology Operator's Certification - Required
• BLS Certification - Required
