o Generate and coordinate daily work schedules
o Coordinate and schedule with Yard Supervisor all information needed for each job
o Provide leadership to all crew members at project site and enforce policies and working rules
o Assure that all work is done accurately and according to specifications
o Responsible for training personnel on employee safety, on the job training and quality related activities
o Accountable for all off loads, load outs, bare and coated pipe status, specialty work and any other activities performed in designated areas
o Coordinate with Plant Managers and Yard Supervisors concerning pipe movement to perform specified tasks
o All other duties assigned
