Yard Hostler Driver - Excellent Benefits Package

Our client, PrimeFlight Cargo is seeking a Yard Hostler/ Driver to join its growing team at Bush Intercontinental Airport. This position is responsible for moving trailers in and out of specific locations using a yard goat.

Pay: $25/hr.

Schedule/ Shifts Available:

• 3:30pm-12:00am
• 11:30pm-8:00am
• 7:30pm-4:00am

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Transport/move trailers to and from yard location.
• Maintain accurate reports and logs.
• Must maintain safe driving record.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable DOT, Company, State, and Federal policies/laws regarding traffic, safety, hours worked, and drugs and alcohol.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must have excellent customer service skills, phone skills, and basic computer knowledge.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to complete a background check, including FBI criminal history, employment background, and pre-employment drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be U.S. citizen or provide proof of right to work in the U.S.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Driving record with no more than 3 points.

Education & Experience:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs at a time.
• Prolonged periods sitting in a trailer cab for long periods of time.

License/Certification:

• CDL A (Required)
