Yard Laborer (Converse, TX)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to perform routine yard maintenance and upkeep of our office and shop grounds. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain landscaping around office and shop areas


• Remove weeds, debris, and trash from yard and surrounding areas


• Maintain cleanliness of shop yard, walkways, and parking lots


• Assist with minor repairs or cleanup as needed (e.g., sweeping, pressure washing, etc.)


• Monitor equipment and supply needs and report issues to supervisor


• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor preferred


• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions


• Must be able to operate lawn and yard equipment safely


• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision


• Must pass drug screening

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work on feet for extended periods

Work Location:

You will work at multiple construction jobsites, contributing to a diverse range of projects that showcase your expertise. The nature of our business is such that employees will be required to work on out-of-town jobs.
