Yard Manager

Description

This is a full-time, direct placement role at Advanced Fence & Gate.

We are looking for an organized motivated manager to run our storage yard. Duties and responsibilities include managing company inventory, pulling project materials, loading of installation crews.

Responsibilities

• Pull materials needed for projects
• Load all subcontractors
• Unloading of supplier deliveries
• Reviewing of work orders with foreman
• Forklift operation
• Inventory management
• Deliver materials to crews in the field
• Have a Valid Driver’s License

Work Location:

* Melrose Park Yard/Warehouse Location 3020 Division.

$20-$25/hr to start

Typical end time:

• 3PM

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with some Saturday’s during peak season.

Requirements

• General Construction and lumber knowledge preferred
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with ability to perform in fast paced environment
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift 80lbs frequently
• Valid drivers license
• Proficiency in English, Spanish would be a plus
• Detail orientated and highly organized
