Yard Runner

What you'll do:

• 
  

  Transport reports and scale tickets to corporate office

  
  


• 
  

  Collect various paper work from all locations and transport it to whomever it goes to

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain mileage log from beginning to end of shift and inspect company vehicle on a daily basis

  
  


• 
  

  Responsible for having company vehicle cleaned and maintain all fluid levels, oil changes, tire rotations, etc

  
  


• 
  

  Perform Dispatcher duties as required during absences or peak workload periods

  
  


• 
  

  Perform other duties as required or assigned

  
  

What you'll need:

• Knowledge of the Great Houston Area


• Excellent communication skills


• Valid driver's license 


• Some driving/delivery experience, preferred

Working Conditions:

• Work in high and low temperature settings


• Lift and carry 60 lbs. on a regular basis


• 
  

  Ability to drive motor vehicle

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to drive for extended periods of time without breaks

  
  


• 
  

  Able to pass a vision test to drive vehicle safely
