About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Young Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team at Precious Angels Christian Academy in Clinton Township, MI. As a lead teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and educating young toddlers in a loving and supportive Christian environment.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans

Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young toddlers

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

Observe and track children's development and progress

Collaborate with other teachers and staff

Requirements:

Previous experience working with young toddlers

Early childhood education credentials or equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for working in a Christian-based educational setting

Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor
