About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Young Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team at Precious Angels Christian Academy in Clinton Township, MI. As a lead teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and educating young toddlers in a loving and supportive Christian environment.




Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young toddlers

  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

  • Observe and track children's development and progress

  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with young toddlers

  • Early childhood education credentials or equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for working in a Christian-based educational setting

  • Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor
