About the Role:

Join Wayne Early Learning Center as a Young Toddler Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire our youngest learners! This exciting role offers the opportunity to create a warm, engaging environment that fosters early childhood development and curiosity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for young toddlers.

Facilitate a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

Observe and assess children's developmental milestones and progress.

Engage children in interactive play and educational activities.

Communicate regularly with parents about their child's growth and development.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.

Requirements:

Associate’s degree in ECE and or CDA is a plus

Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.

Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
