What you will be doing to make a difference:

• Spending time with and supervising 9 youth in a small, home-like environment
• Providing support and encouragement to youth
• Planning and participating in activities such as hiking, field trips, shopping that assists youths in learning life skills
• Assist youths with their service goals including homework help, coping skills and behavior management
• Acting as a positive role model to support youth wellbeing
• Driving is required

Schedule: Must be available to work evenings (3p-11p or 4p-12a) and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays); Full Time role; 40 hours per week with Benefits!!!

Requirements

The desire to work with youth

Residential/Group Home experience preferred

Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record
