Job Description - Youth and Family Advocate

Come work for us! Big Brothers Big Sisters is hiring Youth and Family Advocates to provide case management, mentoring, and to plan and implement engaging group activities for youth and families enrolled in our juvenile diversion and early intervention/truancy programs. Successful candidates will enjoy working with youth and families, providing strengths based and engaging service in both individual and group settings, be knowledgeable of community-based resources, and have a strong interest in social services and juvenile justice. Must be available during afterschool and early evening hours Monday-Friday.
