Tubman is seeking a full-time Youth & Family worker to provide resources and connections to comprehensive services for clients ages 10-24 in shelter, housing, and community-based settings.
In this role you champion youth and young adults as a direct services staff to provide mentorship and resources to help them maximize their potential by highlighting their individual strengths. You will also serve as a systems change advocate to ensure relevant services for youth and families who represent historically marginalized communities. The current shift we are hiring for: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary for this position is $23.50 per hour. Tubman provides a quality benefits package that includes a highly competitive paid-time off program, multiple health plan options, dental, short and long-term disability and life insurances, as well as other optional health and wellness insurances to meet diverse employee needs, and a 401(k) plan. Tubman is a qualified employer under the Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness Program.
