Job Overview:
The Youth Apprenticeship—Bindery Assistant is an entry-level position that provides a hands-on learning experience for individuals eager to develop practical skills in printing. The apprenticeship provides extensive on-the-job training alongside experienced team members to create and deliver our customers' highest-quality products at the lowest possible cost through continuous improvement activities. The primary purpose of this role is stacking, packing, and preparing finished products for shipment. This position is part of the skills for the CESA 7 Youth Apprenticeship Program.
