Applicants should be passionate about leading children, professionally developing the Camp and Kids Club teams, and driving usage in all of our Youth programs.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Physical and Mental Requirements – Youth Director
- There may be a need for standing, walking, sitting, lifting, kneeling, reaching, handling, thinking, reasoning, and calculating, some of it constant.
- This position has an inherent amount of physical and mental stress. All candidates must be prepared for and capable of adapting to such conditions.
- The work of a Camp professional is divided equally with indoor and outdoor activities
- A positive attitude and professional behavior are expected and displayed consistently in all dealings with members and/or fellow Team members. This person is expected to be a role model daily as an example of the intentional camp culture.
- Must be passionate about working with children, highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A demonstrated ability of providing exceptional Customer Service.
Qualifications– Youth Director
· This position is full-time with a variable schedule; the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends according to the needs of the club and camp is required
- Minimum one year of experience working with children
- Minimum one year management experience appropriate to the position
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Clear Background Check
