Are you a motivated young individual aged 16-24 looking to kickstart your career or prepare for further education? Join our Youth Leadership Team as a Youth Leadership Team as an Administrative Assistant.  This role is an incredible opportunity designed for young individuals (ages 16-24) eager to develop their professional skills while supporting innovative youth-focused initiatives. Through hands-on experience, participants in this program will gain foundational administrative and leadership skills, making significant contributions to our impactful programs.  



Responsibilities


Administrative and Program Support



  • Provide administrative assistance to youth programs, such as filing paperwork and organizing program materials.

  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for daily records.

  • Manage inventory and organization of office supplies, contributing to a well-functioning workspace.

  • Handle program-related communications (emails, phone calls), directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

  • Input and manage volunteer and participant data in spreadsheets.

  • Support onboarding processes by preparing employee folders and assisting with new team member orientations. 


Customer Service



  • Deliver front-line assistance to students and parents, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

  • Act as an ambassador for ART Inc., greeting guests, guiding program participants, and providing tours when needed.


Program and Event Coordination



  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing youth-led programs and events.

  • Collaborate with peers and team leaders to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for community projects.

  • Track and report on program progress, identifying opportunities for improvement along the way.


Outreach and Communication



  • Communicate effectively with participants, stakeholders, and community partners to ensure smooth program delivery.

  • Collaborate on outreach efforts to engage peers and promote program activities.
