Description
As the Youth Outreach Worker, you will carry a small caseload of 5-6 youth. The smaller caseload allows for greater opportunity to have a significant impact on the lives of these individuals as you learn and grow in a team-centric, multi-disciplinary environment. Collaborating with a Master’s Level Clinician, you will get the chance to work one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities to build skills to address identified needs in areas ranging from emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and self-advocacy to social skills, time management, and engagement in meaningful activities. This position allows for flexibility in the interventions used as well as in the making of your schedule. As a valued member of the therapeutic team, you will contribute to treatment planning and will have the opportunity to work with various systems, including schools, hospitals, and therapeutic group care programs.

Requirements
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field required
· Experience with the child/adolescent population and experience in clinical/residential setting preferred
· Experience with systems, especially DMH preferred
· Individuals with lived experience preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Additional languages are desirable for this role
· Strong Computer proficiency
