Youth Services Collection Assistant Manager (Full-Time)

The Glenview Public Library is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Youth Services Collection Assistant Manager to join our team. 

In This Role you will:

· Lead merchandising and display strategy for the Youth Services collection.

· Assist in the supervision and support of a team responsible for developing, maintaining, and promoting the Youth Services collection.

· Apply bookstore-style marketing techniques to promote materials.

· Analyze collection data and circulation statistics to inform purchasing decisions and boost material usage.

The pay range for this position is $63,000 to $65,000 annually depending on qualifications.

Education/Experience/Qualifications

· Master of Library and Information Science degree from an ALA accredited school.

· Minimum two years professional library experience.

· One to two years supervisory experience preferred.
