Youth Services Manager

Isleworth Golf & Country Club, Orlando’s most exclusive private club, ranked #13 in the country and #23 in the world seeks an energetic and creative Youth Services Manager. This position oversees and manages the day-to-day operation of the department along with creating unique and exciting family/child events.

Our Youth Program known to be one of the best in the industry provides children’s activities and entertainment for Isleworth families. Our families enjoy innovative events, holiday celebrations, weekly family dining activities, and unique birthday party experiences. In addition to all our activities, the youth department executes an eight-week themed summer camp.  Year after year, children can enjoy weekly adventures of summer fun, while making lasting friendships and lifelong memories. 

Responsibilities:

• Hires, trains, supervises, and schedules Youth staff.
• Partners with the Marketing Dept to create marketing material for all Youth programs and Concierge Services.
• Plans and implements strategies to increase member and youth participation during events.
• Works closely with the Membership Director to maintain accurate demographic information on the children of club members using the Jonas System.
• Conducts new member orientations as it pertains to Youth Programming 
• Plans, organizes, and conducts training programs, to ensure that the staff is knowledgeable and has the information they need for each Youth event.
• Assists AGM in the promotion of all club activities and events.
• Designs and utilizes designated spaces for youth activities.
• Participates in the development of the Youth Program budget.
• Prepares written and oral reports concerning program activities, objectives, and effectiveness. 
• Reviews and analyzes monthly financial reports relevant to the Youth Program and Concierge Services; recommends corrective  action strategies to help assure that budget goals are met.
• Plans and executes special and unique celebrations for member’s children.

Qualifications: 

• A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Recreation or Hospitality or at least 3-5 years of management experience in Youth Programming or Recreation, in a similar environment.
• Strong multi-tasking & organization skills 
• Friendly, outgoing personality that interacts well with members, guest and staff
• The ability to see the big picture and set goals for his/her team.
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Jonas Software experience a+)
