Youth Services Manager – Housing Access (Coordinated Entry and Rapid Rehousing)

About This Role
We are hiring a Youth Services Manager to lead our housing access programming at Purple House—LYRIC’s space for LGBTQQ+ Youth—and manage our work with the Coordinated Entry and Rapid Rehousing system in partnership with the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH).
This role blends site-based direct support with system-level coordination. You'll oversee staff who provide housing navigation, 1:1 case management, and access to wraparound resources for youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
As a leader in LYRIC’s Housing and Wellness portfolio, you’ll drive innovation in how young people access stable housing while building partnerships that remove barriers and center youth voice in systems change work.
