Job Description - Youth Soccer Coach

Description

As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading classes in a positive, enthusiastic, and safe environment
You will facilitate skill-building exercises, games, and teamwork activities that not only teach soccer fundamentals but also encourage social skills and sportsmanship
Prepare and conduct engaging practices and games for various age groups
Use positive reinforcement to motivate and encourage players
Foster a love for soccer while promoting teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship
Assist in evaluating players’ progress and provide constructive feedback
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times

Requirements

Enthusiastic and a positive attitude

Prior experience with teaching/coaching children
Ability to follow weekly curriculum provided by Soccer Stars
Passion for helping develop athletic skills
Reliable transportation required
Flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends
