Who We Are:
Youth Athletes United was created to deliver the best youth sports programming in the country, starting with each child’s very first experience. Our mission is to help kids develop healthy habits, life skills, and confidence through the joy of sports.
With over 22 years of experience, Youth Athletes United has grown into the largest youth soccer and sports program in the U.S., serving thousands of families every week.
The Role:
We are hiring Soccer + Sports Coaches to bring energy, encouragement, and fun to every class. You’ll lead small groups of children (ages 2–10) through engaging games and activities that teach soccer fundamentals and important life skills—like teamwork, confidence, and resilience.
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
Experience in sports, teaching, childcare, camp counseling, or similar roles (a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!).
A positive, encouraging attitude and a willingness to learn.
Reliable, responsible, and ready to bring your best self to every class.

Lead with a non-competitive approach that makes sports fun and stress-free.

The majority of classes are held during the after-school hours and on weekends. The ideal candidate would have the availability on some of the days and times listed below:
Qualifications:
Experience working with children 5 years and under
Expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality
Responsible, reliable, punctual, dedicated, and confident individuals
HIGH ENERGY!
Comfort with managing groups of children and adults
Ability to follow super soccer stars curriculum and tailor lessons to specific developmental level
Experience working with non-neurotypical children is a huge PLUS
Availability must include the following: Weekday mornings and afternoons (9am – 5pm) and a Weekend morning (8:30 am – 2 pm)
Punctual, willing to learn and accept feedback.
Must be motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing.
Reliable access to vehicle.
Coach referral program from $100 up to $200 for every coach you recommend
