Youth Staff

The Youth Staff is responsible for all duties related to youth activities and sports at the club included but not limited to ; event set up and clean up and supervision of our younger members in a safe nurturing way.

Responsibilities:

• Greets members and guests in a professional friendly way
• Ensures knowledge of company policies and procedures as it refers to department
• Supervises children when in our care and adheres to all rules regarding our younger members
• Assists parents when signing their children in and out, including checking identification when necessary
• Assists with creation of decorations for events
• Assists with set-up and take down of decorations for events
• Handles proper care of all materials for events and stores them after
• Ensures knowledge of all children, allergies, special needs, and staff during events while in our care
• Maintains confidentiality as it relates to our member’s family information
• Performs routine safety checks of areas for events before we begin and ensures proper set up
• Attends all department staff meetings and trainings
• Engages each child during activity time
• Continuously cleans & sanitizes all kids areas before and after bullpen hours
• Assist with all other duties as needed or directed by senior management

Must enjoy working with children all ages

Must be flexible to work Wednesday evenings from 5-9pm, and Friday or Saturdays starting at 5:30
