Dragonfly Counselling & Support Centre is a non-profit, charitable organization supporting children, youth, and adults impacted by sexual violence and providing education and prevention programming related to sexual violence. DCSC's service region involves communities such as Athabasca, Slave Lake, Wabasca, Smoky Lake, Bonnyville, Cold Lake, Lac La Biche, St Paul and other rural and/or remote locations including Metis and First Nations communities.
The Youth Suicide Prevention Public Educator delivers impactful education and awareness initiatives across DCSC’s service region through our Roots & Wings program. Working alongside the Program Lead, you will facilitate engaging, culturally safe, and age-appropriate workshops both virtually and in-person for schools, community groups, and adult care providers in rural, Indigenous, and remote communities.

This is a hybrid role where regular regional outreach is required to serve rural communities and local Métis Settlements and First Nations communities in the DCSC service area.
