Y-Scholars Program Assistant

The Y-Scholars Program (YSP) envisions a learning community that practices a growth mindset so we all achieve higher ambitions. Every day, our team creates college readiness opportunities for first-gen college-bound high school students so they will attend and graduate from college. Join our cause if you believe in the importance of our work! Our assistants support our youth and teen programs with any administrative tasks and back-end programming assignments. Typical day-to-day work includes: updating staff/student rosters and attendances; reviewing timesheets; updating websites and presentations; ordering supplies; updating computers and systems.

Have at least 3 afternoons open from 3:00pm-6:00pm. Have experiences in admin work, databases, data collections, etc. Have experiences in working with different computer systems, online platforms, and phone apps.
