Zapier Kissflow Zoho Business Process Management & Database Development

I need a Zapier expert to build out a BPM integration and database integration with either Kissflow or similar cloud based application to work with my business. Business is service based - we do daily "house calls" at customer facilities.  We take pictures and videos.  We record many records on the service order.   Right now we use box.com and zoho to store our pictures and videos and records of the service orders. But we want to integrate everything into one automated BPM flow with a "simple" app like Kissflow that will standardize the service order, store the pictures and videos in Box (or Drive or Dropbox or similar), keep the service order records searchable for future reference, and of course allow us to build follow up processes/apps for the customer. This likely involves multiple jobs as the relationship grows.  We believe Kissflow can do this, but their support is not sure about the pictures and videos being zapped to Drive/Box/Dropbox for storage/sorting/searching, which is a requirement. Please do not apply unless you are very familiar with Zapier and API integrations.  We are not married to Kissflow, and will consider other applications.  We have limited experience with Zoho Creator, and will consider other alternatives as well.
