Job Description - Zoho CRM and Creator Project - Needed

I need to clean up our new Zoho CRM i.e. maps fields between modules and develop and create new fields and modules for leads clients companies and projects. We also want to use Creator and forms to collect data directly from companies about their operations via a secure area on our website and bring this info into CRM. We are not generally using CRM as a pure sales tool but as a database of companies and their mining and oil and gas activities and projects. Zoho said themselves that we may want to not use leads but start directly with accounts as we generally only deal with companies and a very long-term basis.
