Job Title: Zoho Developer & Implementation Specialist

About Us:

Lynchpin Consulting is a Dubai-based Zoho Premium Partner, specializing in Zoho One implementation, custom Zoho development, and API integrations for businesses across various industries. We are looking for a Zoho Developer & Implementation Specialist based in Lahore, Pakistan, to handle end-to-end Zoho One implementations, including custom development, API integrations, and Zoho Creator application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Zoho Development
  

  • Write and optimize Deluge functions for complex automations.
    

  • Develop Client Scripts, Widgets, and Custom Buttons for CRM.
    

  • Extend and manage Blueprints with validations and automation hooks.
    

• Integrations & APIs
  

  • Build and maintain API integrations between Zoho and third-party systems.
    

  • Manage webhooks, OAuth tokens, and middleware functions.
    

  • Synchronize data across CRM, Books, Creator, Desk, and Inventory.
    

• Automation & Workflows
  

  • Create end-to-end automated workflows across Zoho apps.
    

  • Implement custom approval processes and escalation rules.
    

  • Automate document generation using Writer, Sign, and WorkDrive APIs.
    

• Data Management & Reporting
  

  • Design custom modules and relational structures.
    

  • Maintain data consistency, migrations, and backups.
    

  • Build advanced reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics.
    

• Collaboration
  

  • Work daily with the Dubai-based project team via Zoho Cliq, Projects, and WorkDrive.
    

  • Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and testing.
    

  • Provide technical documentation for developed functions and integrations.
    

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Zoho One implementation across multiple Zoho apps.
  
• Strong expertise in API integration within Zoho apps and with third-party applications.
  
• Experience with Zoho Creator for building and embedding custom applications.
  
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting for workflow automation and data manipulation.
  
• Understanding of Zoho CRM customization, automation, and third-party integrations.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and implement efficient solutions.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple Zoho implementation projects.
  
• Excellent English communication skills for client interaction, documentation, and training.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in Zoho development and API integrations.
  
• Experience working with Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Flow is a plus.
  
• Prior experience in real estate, finance, or service sector Zoho implementations is an advantage.
