Primary Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Zuora CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and experience integrating Zuora CPQ with Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, including quoting, amendments, renewals, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Flows, and Process Builder for Salesforce integrations.

- We are seeking a Zuora CPQ Architect who is hands-on and experienced in designing, implementing, and optimizing Zuora CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to communicate complex solutions to business stakeholders,
- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Zuora CPQ implementations, ensuring solutions align with business requirements and best practices.
- Hands-on Development: Configure and customize Zuora CPQ solutions, including product catalog setup, pricing models, rules configuration, and quote templates.
- Salesforce Integration: Integrate Zuora CPQ with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using REST APIs and middleware tools.
- Business Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Process Optimization: Optimize Quote-to-Cash (QTC) workflows, including subscription management, amendments, renewals, and billing processes.
- Data Migration & Reporting: Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems to Zuora CPQ and design custom reporting solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth project delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Required Skills & Experience:
