Taylor Northeast is a proud member of the H&K Equipment Group of companies which specializes in the selling, leasing, refurbishing and servicing of industrial equipment and mobile construction machinery including forklift trucks, container handlers, railcar movers, industrial floor sweepers and scrubbers, overhead cranes and yard spotter trucks. We have 11 locations throughout Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Allentown, Harrisburg, Syracuse and the New England market and we employ over 350 people.
We are currently seeking an experienced
Aftermarket Sales Representative (CSR) who will help grow our established forklift truck territory and expand our parts, service, rental and sales presence in the
Baltimore area market. The position requires a
self-starter to further cultivate, expand, and support an established customer base through after-market sales of parts and service, while working closely with our equipment sales force and operations personnel in fulfilling demand.
The ideal candidate will have after-market sales experience, be mechanically inclined, possess strong organizational skills and thrive in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute market strategy
- Attain and or maintain desired market position with assigned territory accounts
- Make necessary sales and support calls, presentations, and communication of issues between corporate, retail network and customer
- Increase aftermarket equipment sales and profits
- Must be able to effectively identify, communicate and work through customer problems, issues, and opportunities
- Call on current as well as potential customers
- Develop Strategic plans and work with local management to ensure growth of assigned service accounts including rental customers
- Consistently deliver timely follow-up with customers, managers and staff making communication a top priority
- Experience in material handling equipment sales is preferred
REQUIREMENTS - Customer service is a primary personal priority
- Results-driven
- Ability to multi-task and juggle competing deadlines and priorities
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in cold call sales is a plus
- Prior experience in parts sales is a plus
