JOB SUMMARY: *THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE* Immediate opening in the Billing department for an individual who has an eye for detail, is numbers oriented, and enjoys working in a small office environment! This is a high-volume department that, as a team, processes a large number of commercial invoices monthly. You will be assigned to customer accounts and learn the guidelines in order to bill within those perimeters. There will be invoicing duties as well as general office responsibilities. The position is full time, Monday through Friday in an office setting.

• Generating invoices and matching invoices to payments
• Review discrepancies and resolve customer billing issues
• Process credits/rebills

IDEAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Solid working knowledge of use of the Microsoft suite of applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of SAMPro is a plus.
• Experience in billing and/or collections
• An understanding of commercial accounts
• Some experience working within commercial customer portals
• Detail-oriented 

OTHER EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 – 2 years of billing and/or account management experience.
