WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER

As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business and delivering exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to directly supervise and support our team of bartenders, cocktail servers, and buspersons in providing top-notch table service that aligns with our service standards and specifications. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the bar area and equipment, enforcing company standards and procedures, and scheduling and staffing based on business needs. Your exceptional leadership skills will be crucial in motivating and maintaining a cohesive team.
