Requirements • 3+ years of retail management experience

• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to coach and motivate a team
• Strong communication skills
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Total experience and professional achievements
• Formal education and degrees are a plus
