Job Description - Attorney-Employment and Labor Associate
THE POSITION Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, has an immediate opportunity for an Associate to join our Employment and Labor practice in our Buffalo office. THE QUALIFICATIONS Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in labor and employment, as well as additional areas of civil litigation, such as professional liability , and has experience in the healthcare industry. Candidates must be admitted in New York . THE BENEFITS The annualized salary range for this position is $70,000-$150,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers a full benefits package.
