Full Time Benefits Coordinator 2, La Crosse - WI: Kwik Trip, Inc. has an opportunity for a Full Time Benefits Coordinator in La Crosse, WI. This person will be responsible for completing administrative processing for benefit plans, supporting co-workers with benefit questions, project coordination, data analysis, and company communication and education on benefit plans. In addition, this person will:

• Present benefits information to multiple groups of co-workers and key stakeholders.
• Educate and communicate benefit offerings to individuals and leadership.
• Prepare communication materials using a variety of mediums.
• Conduct benefits reporting, perform data analysis, and provide recommendations based on data.
• Serve as project manager for the implementation of new benefit plans or programs.
• Travel to company biometric screening events.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to employee benefits, and recommend improvements or changes to existing programs as needed.

Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, benefits administration and project management experience, experience creating queries and reports, and strong Excel skills are required.

Working knowledge of benefit laws (COBRA, PPACA, HIPPA and ERISA);

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday Daytime Hours, some travel, weekends and overnights as needed.
