Job Description - Brand Building Manager/Sr. Associate Manager

Your Job Georgia-Pacific is currently seeking a Sr. Associate Brand Manager / Brand Manager to support the Retail Towel and Napkin businesses in Atlanta, GA. Reporting to Vanity Fair's Sr Brand Manager, the successful candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for consumer marketing; someone who can understand the business' objectives and is able to lead cross functional teams to execute against them to drive results; and someone with an interest in content development and activation. What You Will Do
  • Support brand leaders to develop marketing strategy focusing on key business objective
  • Develop media plan, social media strategy, shopper strategy and promo planning
  • Write briefs and manage content creation for shopper marketing, ecom and social media
  • Manage all day-to-day marketing, consumer promotions and media support activities, including forecasting, invoice management and tracking
  • Monitor performance of marketing mix, leveraging brand health metrics, sales lift studies and Circana/IRI data to identify risks and opportunities for our strategy.
  • Lead content development for customer engagements, leveraging Sparkle® / VF brand equity and leadership in the category to develop sales story (e.g. Why Sparkle® / VF)
  • Act as brand ambassador for multiple capabilities including consumer knowledge, design, content, media, promotions, digital, social, and shopper marketing
  • Drive experimentation and knowledge seeking, leveraging data and analytics to improve marketing strategy and execution

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Business, marketing, or brand/product management experience
  • Experience communicating complex ideas to cross functional teams

  • MBA
  • 3 years of business experience
