The sales department is critical to driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry.

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Business Operations Analyst to join our growing team. As a member of the DISH Business Systems and Tools team, you will be responsible for working with a team of solution architects, developers, program managers and business experts to create a first-class experience for our customers and partners by owning functionality of CRMS and Billing systems, and monitoring and maintaining system stability. You will leverage your experience to identify areas for improvement, implement efficient processes, and ensure a smooth transition during system changes and/or updates . 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring system performance and identifying system health
• Triage system issues and work with development teams to pinpoint root cause
• Designing macros to maintain and update customer populations
• Communicating with project managers, clients and developers to refine project requirements and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
• Validating system changes, reporting system issues, and identifying areas of opportunity
• Collaborating with various internal departments, including: Programing, IT, Sales and Operations, Customer Service, to ensure all systems support business needs relating to services, ordering, billing, and reporting
• Identify gaps in projects from other teams as they relate to DISH Business
• Manage and participate in system migrations and updates for billing solutions, ensuring minimal disruption and successful implementation
• Understand, empathize, and support one or more verticals, as a subject matter expert representing one of our core systems:
• Bulk
• Public/Private
• Tenant
• IRES
• UVTV

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline (or equivalent work experience); Masters Degree a plus
• 5+ years experience as a Business Operations Analyst, preferably with one or more of the following core systems:
• Amdocs
• CSG
• Salesforce
• Proven experience with billing solutions and business-to-business models
• Experience in UAT or software lifecycle development

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Self-starter needing minimal guidance and support for day-to-day tasks

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
