Job Description - Channel Marketing Sr. Manager

We are a venture-backed startup that is revolutionizing the supply chain industry, and we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Channel Marketing Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and in-person from our office in the vibrant Austin area, with a preference for candidates located in the Austin area. As our Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing strategies across various non-direct channels. Your expertise in developing and implementing channel-specific marketing plans will be crucial in driving engagement, strengthening relationships, and ultimately increasing revenue. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a background in B2B SaaS, who has a proven track record of success in channel marketing. You should have experience in translating ideal customer profiles (ICPs) into effective strategies and programs that generate tangible results. Your ability to manage multiple channels with different requirements, dynamics, and paces will be essential in this role. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate a steady flow of high-quality leads for our sales team, ensuring that our brand and messaging are consistent across all channels. You will work closely with various teams within the company to align strategies, programs, and communications, and you will be expected to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Key Responsibilities: - Review and enhance existing channel marketing strategies.
- Design and implement new channel marketing initiatives.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on channel marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our platform, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with our partner and customer success teams to coordinate strategies, events, and communications.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, web content, webinars, co-branded content, events, and SEO.
- Analyze market data, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies to optimize our approach.
- Ensure proper tracking and reporting of campaign performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to implement channel marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and manage co-marketing activities with partners.
- Create and manage email and communication sequences for partner distribution.
- Monitor and report on channel funnel metrics, conversions, and analytics. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS channel marketing, preferably in the supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing industries.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and executing ICP-driven pipeline development strategies.
- Strong understanding of current channel marketing tactics and strategies.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to create clear and compelling content that explains complex information.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, or similar platforms.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in liaising with various levels within partner organizations.
