In short, this position calls for a motivated individual looking to contribute to a results-oriented and high performance team.  The position’s main focus is to provide settlement offers and payment plans for charged-off loans and deficiency balances to our customers.

In long, this position is responsible to:

• Generate customer contact for charged off and deficiency balance loans
• Negotiate an initial settlement offer and/or payment plan on remaining balances
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• Maintain positive working relationships and communication with all operations groups
• Performs other related duties as assigned

The Specifics.

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Between 3 to 10 years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry.
• This is an on site position, located in East Mesa off of the US 60 & Power Rd.
