Responsible for stocking, setting up, and ordering for the kitchen. Prepares product according to policy in a sanitary, timely manner. Serves customers in polite, courteous, friendly, and timely manner. Maintains area according to sanitation procedures and reports equipment problems to manager. May assist in the training of new employees. May do general departmental cleaning.
Position RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED. Understand and follow standard practice or oral/written instructions. Able to read and write, use simple arithmetic, and keep simple records.
Preferred Requirements1 year or more of experience in food service.
