Job Description - Customer Service Rep

Adecco is currently assisting a Fortune 8 company and is one of the largest providers of healthcare supply chain management solutions, retail pharmacy, medical & pharmaceutical supplies, healthcare technology, community oncology and specialty care in recruiting for a Customer Support Representative in Louisville, KY.  Apply Now! 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1030AM-7PM

Pay Rate: The wage for this position is between $15 and $17. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.

  • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.

  • Provide accurate information to the caller.

  • Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.

  • Resolve the callers’ needs.

  • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.

  • Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.

  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

What do we need from you?       

  • High School Diploma or GED with minimum of Associate degree preferred

  • Previous call center experience preferred.

  • Previous healthcare experience desired.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

  • Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
