Digital Sales Consultant

Job Description

Position Overview:

The Automotive Digital Sales Consultant engages with customers online, over the phone, and in person to facilitate vehicle purchases within a no-haggle sales environment. They respond promptly to inquiries, guide customers through the purchasing process, negotiate terms, and ensure a seamless transition to in-store experiences. With strong communication skills, they maintain customer satisfaction post-purchase and facilitate transitions to the Service department.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targeted objectives.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in technology usage and a willingness to engage with digital tools.
• Possession of a valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
