Position Overview:
The Automotive Digital Sales Consultant engages with customers online, over the phone, and in person to facilitate vehicle purchases within a no-haggle sales environment. They respond promptly to inquiries, guide customers through the purchasing process, negotiate terms, and ensure a seamless transition to in-store experiences. With strong communication skills, they maintain customer satisfaction post-purchase and facilitate transitions to the Service department.
