Job Description - Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator

Permanent, full-time, hybrid (3 days per week in office).

Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition Programs


Position Purpose: The TA Coordinator will support the global Early Carrers talent acquisition team to facilitate the recruitment process; utilizing effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for recruiters, candidates and hiring managers. The successful candidate will be highly confidential, analytical, process and detailed oriented and customer focused.
This position will require interaction with both internal and external customers and a high-level of management and coordination of activities will bring attention to detail, support, and professionalism to execute a world-class recruitment experience to early careers candidates. 

 

  • Support the fast-paced Early Careers talent acquisition team to facilitate the global campus recruitment and help drive and execute programs across the firm
  • Plans and coordinates campus recruiting events including career fairs, conferences, and other events
  • Interact directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling all phases of the interview process
  • Plans and executes interview days, including creating schedules, procuring space, confirming candidate travel, conducting interviewer sign-up, creating candidate packets, greeting candidates and arranging catering
  • Manage vendor invoices and work with internal accounting team to file, process, reconcile, and provide reporting and status updates
  • Provides administrative support to the Early Careers talent acquisition team including daily monitoring of the Early Careers inbox
  • Processes background checks to verify candidate information and ensure that the minimum hiring requirements are met
  • Manage and monitor our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Contributes to various TA Projects across our teams
  • Responsible for running monthly/quarterly/annual metric reports
  • Attend local campus events as needed (seasonal based on the campus calendar – up to 25%)

0 - 3+ years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and/or Campus Recruiting experience required.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office package (primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint), applicant tracking

databases (iCIMS preferred).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.

Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills.

Strong sense of urgency.

Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Knowledge and prior experience with Human Resources policies & practices, a plus.

Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Class: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Climate controlled office environment

Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials

Dynamic, time-sensitive environment

Ability to travel as necessary
