* 5 yrs Minimum Electrical contracting project management experience
* Critical environment or operational data center experience
* Have technical knowledge and experience with complex electrical systems. Such as:Building Electrical systems, Electrical Distribution, Emergency Generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and High/Medium/Low voltage applications. What You'll Do: * Project and Account Management: manage overall schedule and milestones; financial, labor and change order tracking; materials purchasing and deliveries; customer relations; billing
* Business Development: maintain customer relationships; manage large accounts; develop new business annually
* Estimating: determine materials take-off; review project scope and final bid; finalize summary sheet Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the projects are meticulously planned and executed with precision.
