Enrollment Outreach Coordinator
Location(s): 3002 S Priest Drive, Tempe AZ
AMS Impact is looking for two enthusiastic and outgoing Enrollment Outreach Coordinators! These team members promote our campuses for the coming school year and support interested families with their enrollment process.
The team member will work from 8:00am to 5:00pm with the ability to have flexibility in their schedule. This is a full time position.
The successful candidates chosen for the Enrollment Outreach Coordinator position will communicate with potential parents at events, retail locations, home shows and farmers markets located in and around the local area to generate leads for the in-home enrollment team to assist in enrolling their child in an advanced charter school. As a lead generation position, this position requires the ability to have conversations with ease, overcome objections and keep a positive attitude.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

• Responsible for being the first point of contact and community brand ambassador
• Responsible for community territory and building relationships
• Generate qualified leads by inviting potential parents to visit the school
• Assist in organizing marketing events
• Set up, execute, and break down table from event location
• Responsible for walking parents through applications to registration.
• Assisting school registrars with communication to prospective families in application process
• Use application management system and CRM system to track and follow up with families
• Have fun, smile, and be enthusiastic!

Compensation: $17 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL BRING | THE PERSON

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• No degree required - just a desire to learn, grow and make connections with people
• Experience is not required - but wanting to learn and coming motivated to work is!
• Ability to communicate effectively with various personalities
• Ability to work independently, and as a team to achieve network goals.
• Familiarity with software systems for records and contact management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and being solutions oriented
• You are outgoing and comfortable talking with anyone
• Preferred ability to flex your schedule to work on one to two days during the weekend
• Must own dependable transportation
