This is a position in the corporate Finance department. What we look for:

• 2-3 years in finance, ideally in the fitness industry or other multi-unit retail business 
• Ability to multi-task.
• Efficient and effective communication skills, both online and in-person.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must have excellent Excel skills

Responsibilities to include:

• Work with executive team to create monthly financial reports, budgets and forecasts. 
• Timely review vendor invoices and accounts payable and ensure that all are entered into online billing software. 
• Monitor and reconcile all corporate credit card statements. 
• Review monthly and quarterly P&L statements
• Oversee and manage landlords, monthly rents, and audit NNN fees. 
• Oversee company payroll, monitor club budgets, and assist with data entry.
