Automotive Parts Consultant

Auto Dealership is currently seeking a full-time experienced & GM Certified Parts Consultant to join our growing team!

The ideal Parts Consultant candidate would be self-motivated and provide consistent workmanship. You would be responsible for not only working with customers but also our service advisors and technicians. Being able to work well in a team environment is crucial.

Parts Consultant Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls.

Help customers at the parts counter.

Pulling parts and restocking shelves.

Receiving shipments.

Invoicing retail and commercial parts.

Delivering parts.

Shipping parts to customers and vendors.

Maintain inventory and report discrepancies.

Notify advisors of parts arrival.

General cleaning of parts area (sweeping/etc).

Parts Consultant Qualifications:

Detail oriented and reliable.

Work well in a team environment.

GM Certified

Knowledge of RIM and Pace.

Great communication skills.

Ability to multitask.
